Private Classes

Group or one-to-one private classes in yoga or specific breathwork practices available from £80 for 75 minutes.

For groups of friends I can teach up to 6 maximum in your private house/online.

I am also in the process of uploading pre-recorded classes to my Youtube Channel YOGAWITHJACK there are some full classes and also some useful shorter mediation and breathing practices to keep us not only physically but also mentally healthy in these challenging times.
