Come join me for 5 days of deepened practice, relaxation and exploration….

Saturday 27th April - Thursday 2nd May 2024

I’m so excited to be hosting this retreat in the beautiful Eucalyptus forests of Southern Portugal and staying in the gorgeous bespoke retreat hotel Casa Fajara a short walk from my favourite beach Carrapateira. If you want 5 days of relaxation and recuperation this is the place for you.

Typical Retreat day program…

8am-10am Meditation, pranayama and energetic vinyasa flow practice with Jacki

10.30am Delicious breakfast on the terrace

11-4pm Free time to sunbathe by the pool, walk to the beach, learn to surf, join one of Yoga with Jack’s workshops, have a massage or a sauna at the hotel or chill with friends.

4-5.30pm Hatha yoga sundown practice

6pm 2 course delicious dinner

Flights and transfer not included but there are cheap BA flight available from Heathrow. The transfer from Faro is about 1 hour. Nearer the time I will organise taxis or a minibus from Faro for those that want to share.
